How should I tell people I got a new number and ask for theirs?

So i've never had a phone before(im a girl and im 15) and I just got one today its an iphone and before when i didn't have a phone i just used texting apps on my i pod touch but now that i have a phone i can text anywhere and I didn't have very many peoples numbers but now I want to post something on facebook like "Got a new phone! Message me your numbers por favor"

haha im a jokey kind of girl so i thought the por favor was funny but maybe ill just not say that, well anyway so im kinda scared which is dumb but the reason is cause i want about 20 peoples numbers that i know pretty well but don't want to message them ALL but theres this one guy that i realllyyy like but i don't know him THAT well so it would be awkward to like ask for his number.

So do you think I should do the "Got a new phone!! Message me your numbers por favor" and hope that the guy i like messages it to me? idk what to do! and it may not seem like a big deal but it is!! lol okay well thanks
