Volume problem with my iPad 2?

Anyway, I left my iPad 2 on my desk and went to take a shower. And went I came back the volume wasn't working. I tried going on Safari and getting on Grooveshark or YouTube, but none of it works.

Also, before you say it, yes the volume was all of the way up and wasn't muted. Anyway, I've noticed that the volume only works when I go to the YouTube APP. Notice I said "app" and I wasn't using Safari to get to YouTube. So, can you help me, please?
