What to do when your instagram and facebook are unaccessible?
This happened out of random, i got home and instagram asked sign in and i did but it said checkpoint required please go on your desktop to validate your identity. That happened like a week ago. And when i sign in on my desktop it says email sent , if the information is not correct you will not be able to recover your account. I havent gotten any email. And on fb same thing, but i still get the notifications in my email. So idk what to do? Should i wait a little more to recieve an email? Cause i really dont wanna make a new one. Helpp! Ima die

assuming you didnt break any rules like lying about your age or name, and you are at least 13, and you didnt create more than one account, you will have to just wait for the email
making a new one is also against the rules tho, so if you go that route, they will eventually detect that you did it and lock that account too Ads |

Try resetting your password to see if that is right
