How to get a celebrity to follow me on twitter?

Okay so I was wondering how to get a celebrity to follow me on twitter. If you have ever gotten a celebrity to follow you on twitter could you tell me how? I really want them to follow me, but they don't even reply to me... I don't have much followers on twitter.
And also I was wondering if they could even see the mentions that I send them since I can't send direct messages...

I'd give up, they just won't. Seriously, why on earth would they. Are you important to their life, do they care? The answer is no. Unless you send them a pic of your boobs, they will most likely not even take a look.

Don't annoy them, you might not get followed but atleast they wont hate you or block you.
