Why do people bully other people when its just a waste of time and damaging to the victim?

I just dont get why someone can spend most of their time abusing, harrassing and tormenting someone else. Ive seen people create groups on facebook which have been dedicated to hating the victim. Why do people do this??? Whats the whole point of it

I've been bullied countless of times and it did hurt and have me depressed. Even going through that, still going through that I could never say anything hurtful to anyone. I would never in my life say the things people have said to me it's too hurtful. Disgusting habit to be in, because it looks like people put up with it but in reality sane, normal people will leave your ass in a heart beat. People are mean and are losing empathy. It surprises me how this lady at the store dropped a bottle of soda and kept calling me sweet like she just won the lottery once I picked it up for her. O.o

There is no point some people are just mean. Try to stay away from mean people they are often miserable human beings who have problems in their personal lives. Stay focused and positive, keep smiling....
