how long does it take facebook gifts to ship?

Ok my bf bought me flowers off the "facebook real gifts" on January 31st (which was a Thursday) it said it shipped Friday and in the details it said something about shipped overnight to ensure freshness and about charging a $5 additional fee. Well it is now Feb 6th and it right on the website it said it usually takes 3 to 5 business days so I guess Mon-Fri.. but anyways I can't even track the package because there was no link in the email and there also isn't a way to track in on "Account settings>>gifts" I don't know what to make of this? Have any of you ever got flowers of fabo gifts how long did it take you to get them? I tried to contact them but they haven't replied to my email so if anyone can inform me how long it takes approx, I'd appreciate it, thanks

If No Tracking Information Was Given than you Can Not Track it Down and Without that there is no Way to Tell How Long its Going to take if it Shipped Depending on Where you Live it Could Come Today or it May Take a Few Days
