Is there a way I can send fan stuff to k-pop celebs?

I've been watching the Korean reality tv show called We Got Married of Jo Kwon and Gain and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this couple. I even drew a picture of them when they were performing their hit song "We Fell in Love". Now I just want to send them the picture as a fan gift. How do I do that? What are some ways?

maybe you can upload the picture and send it to there fansite or their twitter and upon it add a message
