Since when does being private makes you look like a weirdo?
I work as a social media manager so I spend all day on Facebook, twitter and instagram. While I find these sites enjoyable, it,s ocmpletely turned me off to what most people do. I'm so tired of the selfies, the showing-off and cry for attention. I rarely post anything unless it,s news related. When it comes to my personal life, I have no picture of my fiancé and I. When I go on vacation, I don't post personal pics, unless it's one of a sunset or the water. My friends told me it's strange. That it makes me look like I have something to hide. I just don't feel like putting my life out there. Why am I being branded as a weirdo for being a private person?

Some people think if you're not like them, you're weird. It's stupid. I too, hate those selfies and attention posts. I guess some people just like to share their experiences with their friends through photos. What they don't know is that whatever you post on the internet, is there forever. You're not weird.

Absolutely NOT!
It is completely fine. Everyone has different taste and needs. Some people live their life on social media only while some don't. You belong to the second category but it does not mean that you have something to hide. Just don't pay heed to those stupid opinions.
