How would you create a program that notifies the user when your YouTube channel uploads a video?
I want to create a program / application for computers that notifies the user when my channel on YouTube uploads a new video. How would I go about do this? Code you please provide a general code where I can simply plug-in information and a code that works for me. Also please leave comments because I am still intermediate at coding. Could you please provide the code for VB.NET and/or Java.

Unless you are just looking for a way to practice coding, there are many ways to do that already.

Have them subscribe to your channel on YouTube.

Have them subscribe to your Twitter feed, and tweet about each new upload.

I'm not sure anyone needs another App unless you can think of some way it would do things a whole lot better than what is already out there.
