I think it is a troll account where someone is pertending to be a Liverpool fan. There are quite a few of them on Twitter. They say crap like 'Liverpool will win the League next Season' and 'Suarez is better than Messi'. They are trying to make Liverpool fans look deluded and stupid.

No Liverpool fans that I know would ever condone such an attitude - the writer obviously just wants their fifteen minutes of infamy, even if it discredits LFC.
The club doesn't deserve the bad publicity.
