What are some ways to remove stress?
Im a teenager,but I always feel too moody , especially stressful ! I keep on thinking of something that I really want to forget , What are some ways I could remove all that stress and forget?

Play some video games. It has been proven to relive stress and fight depression. It's better if you eat something nice like pizza and drink some soda while you are playing. Trust me. Video games helps. I helps me get away from stress. I'm a teen (15)

First of all, teenagers have the largest amount of hormonal changes and constantly have conflicting hormones coursing through their bodies. A couple of options if you are having trouble controlling a temper or a mood swing:
Try to choose your battle. "Is this really worth arguing about?" (not the easiest)
Think about how the stress will age you..do you want to be wrinkly at 25?

Also, to "forget" you could do things like:
Reading a book
Exercise
Talking with someone you haven't spoken to in a while...maybe Family? (this requires more attention that talking to your BFF.)
If Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Social Networks in general are causing you stress, then try to avoid them. I mean, your grandparents/parents got a long fine without it. Wink
Movies and solitary work are not going to help. The key is to keep your mind busy-whatever you need to do to get that.
