depend on usage if u want to use for office use then Xp otherwise window 8 is best ........

unless you have a touchscreen hardware, (in which care win 8 ) i recommend win 7. One more thing option you gave are of OS not netbook

I don't recommend buying a netbook at all. If you need something small and portable then a ultrabook is where it's at now.

Windows 8 is also a good OS. It's the latest version of Windows plus this summer they're going to put the start button back on the taskbar. If you don't like start screen then you can always install a free start menu.

Windows 8 is just as stable as 7 and will run anything Windows 7 can.

You can buy windows 7 that is best for desk top.
If you want to use your computer with touch screen then you can buy windows 8 this is best in touch screen.
