Did Dzhokar Tsarnaev fire at police at the end of the manhunt?
Why would Dzhokar Tsarnaev fire at police at the end when he knew he was surrounded? I don't think he wants to die. His twitter account quoted "Death is the destroyer of all pleasures"
There were two dozen shots fired before he was captured. Some one taped it and posted the video on barstoolsports.com Ads |

Did he have anything to do with it? If he didn't, those armed military-style "police"would shoot him, wouldn't they? It silences the evidence.

His apparent twitter account statement is not incompatible with him being the "destroyer of all pleasures" by killing, or choosing to destroy his on pleasures through suicide.

You'd have to ask Dzhokar yourself for the truth. Seems like they're framing him

Regardless of what any of the two might have written on their social network accounts, there is always the possibility that at least one of them suffered from undisclosed mental illness, one such as making him feel doing something one minute, and feeling bad about it the next. No one has mentioned this, but they do say the two or one of them did party a lot afterwards. That in itself DOES NOT go with the territory, meaning that even a complete sociopath would have acted a bit different!!!
Now, if one of them did suffer from extreme depression and/ or delusions and/ or was "radicalized" in his religion, well you then have the perfect ingredients for what they did. As for firing at the end, the story in itself is long but CNN and other networks think they've done a great job by simply talking their heads off repeating the same bits of news endlessly, while leaving out the "meaty" parts of the story. One such part is the fact that one or both got out of the car to shoot at the police, and it's not clear whether it was before, during or after those particular shootings that they also decided to "hurl" pressure cookers at the officers!!!! That in itself DOES NOT make any sense. If it'd been, let's say--like in the cartoons and 100 year old movies in which a lighted stick of dynamite was thrown at the enemy--that would be more understandable. But a pressure cooker weighs a lot, aside fact that they were supposed to have been filled with pieces of metal plus the chemical or powder to make them explode. So how can police simply wait fo the men to get out of the car, aim, and thrown the cookers?!!! Why NOT shoot them then and there. Granted one of them was indeed finally shot to death and the other was found completely bloody inside a boat, but still, according to authorities (or at least CNN), the hurling of explosives was done on many instances throughout many streets. Where all the streets completely dark that no single image would appear in the police car cameras? We'll be lucky if we're shown one single photo! http://www.cnn.com/2013/04/20/us/boston-...?hpt=hp_t1 |

Dunno why there were so many shots. There are reports he might have tried to shoot himself, that he stuck the gun in his mouth and fired but it just exited his throat. When he was captured there was blood around his head and might also explain why he wouldn't communicate (and still can't). He also had a wound in the leg. I don't think any police were injured in the final shootout.
I think he freaked out when they were being cornered. He even ran over his brother trying to get away? and that sounds more like a scared kid. He might have been firing in the air at the end. The authorities wanted to bring him in alive but were also concerned that he was armed and dangerous. Whatever else... he's now screwed up his life, by his own actions. |
