Does the nokia lumia 520 tether?

I am about to buy this phone and I was wandering if it tethers, and does anyone have any advice/comments about this phone.

Nokia Lumia 520 can tether with up to eight WiFi enabled devices. Go to Settings > Internet Sharing.

It is a really brilliant phone. It has Facebook, Twitter, Xbox, Office and Skype built in. It also has Nokia Music for completely free and unlimited music mixes, and HERE Maps - the world's best maps. The homescreen makes it really to organise your favourite people, apps and information. There are also plenty of apps to download from Windows Phone Store.

It also has a big 4.0" screen, 5MP camera and 8GB storage with expandable memory.
