Set your internet security up so you can't access Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Tumblr or any other website. You will probably die without them so just find new interests like games or try actually talking to people on social networks. You could just run into your parents room and scream "I spy on people", they won't know what to say and will probably ban you from the internet. But don't forget that the internet was made for spying on people so technically your not doing anything wrong. If you think it's getting too stalkerish just leave the internet completely or just chill and listen to music.
