Can you tell if someone read your dms on twitter that you sent them?

I have been trying to keep this girl from ending her life. I want to know if she wasn't successful and if she read everything but just didnt reply. Is there any way?

You can't tell if someone read your direct message on Twitter. You can tell if someone read your message or not through Facebook though. When she tweets that's when she should read your message. Maybe shes online but she hasn't responded back. Don't keep direct messaging her she'll eventually read it when she can. If you tweet or direct message someone countless times they will eventually unfollow or block you. Good luck.
