So confused about her. What do I do?

Hey. Let me just start off by saying I am extremely tired and extremely confused so sorry if it's a little messed up. (Also, I wrote quite a bit so if you want, skip to the bottom for the questions. You might have to look around a little bit at what I wrote to answer the first one.)

So I am 15 and I have this friend who is turning 14 soon. 3 days ago, she said hey to me via Skype and we've been talking since then. (We haven't talked for more than a year.) We talked that day and the next day but we didn't the other day. Ever since we became friends again, I cannot get her off my mine and I just want to talk and be with her all day everyday!

So today I have been thinking about her much more than the past few days but it's not about good thinks. Like last year I liked her but she didn't like me so I got over her. Then later that year she liked me but I never realized it until it was too late so again, it didn't work out.
Like I have also been thinking things like I am not a perfect guy, I am not good enough for her and I just have no confidence in myself.

Today I texted her and it took her like 5 minutes to text me back and when she did, she sounded extremely happy to hear from me. Then I texted her again and it took her like 20 minutes to respond. And then I texted her again and this time it took her over 30 minutes to respond but this time she said she was going to bed.
I am pretty sure it was a lie though because she added me on Facebook and Twitter and she has been tweeting and posting statuses for the past hour so I don't think she actually went to bed.

So a few questions.

1) What does that mean? Was she like nervous to talk to me or does she not want to talk to me?

2) I really do like her but I am a very shy guy even when texting. I have a hell of a time texting or talking to a girl and it is even harder for me when it's a girl I like. How do I get better a talking to girls?

I really need help because I am so confused!

Just give it a shot man! You got nothing to lose, and there is a reason she skyped you in the first place. She wanted to reconnect with you. Your overstressing things too much, if you want da girl ask her out. I was a shy guy too, but I had learned from my mistakes and I am going to help you get some sleep tonight bro so just ASK HER OUT if you dont someone else will and you would be living life like Degrassi or some other gay sitcom which sucks balls. Just be casual and just ask her without thinking it out. Im 17 and im your age you can trust me! besides why is it that big of a deal just take her to a fun thing like a good concert or something (or your bed hehehehehehe jk). Your only 15 man do you want to be that guy sitting at home all the time? You can at least just take her somewhere you guys are friend remember? Friends hang out weither they are opposite sex or not.
