a man should be no more affected by the media than women, where a woman feels she has to look stick thin and have bright pink lips and the BIGGEST EYELASHES EVER (which frankly NO mascara creates...) men also probably feel the need to look, act, smell and dress manly, these standards are pushed onto everyone, funny enough, BY everyone. its a sociological dilemma. when it comes to social behaviour, its no different, which is the alpha male in the pub, who can burp or laugh the loudest - that kind of thing, if anything there's now pressure on men to act more feminine after years of being obligated to build them selves up as masculine as possible, poor buggers... i could seriously go on about this for far too long.....
