How do you become a youtuber?

I just wanted to ask how to become a youtuber and get views, and edit videos. For instance, how would you get people to view your videos and subscribe/like? Can you make videos better and edit them on Windows Movie Maker? If you haven't got a proper camera, can you use a laptop webcam? How young is too young to be a youtuber?

Anyone at any age can be a YouTuber and you have to make a YouTube acct

There are no limits. You re free to create video's whatever way you like. Even if just with a web cam. There is no age limit. If your content is good then people will eventually start watching it and will subscribe to you.

1.you can be youtubes who watch every single video and then you tell the world about it
2. To make your own videos by a camera you should choose a media and a name+ twitter instagram Facebook page any age
