Which iphone should I get?

I'm getting an iphone, and I don't know if I want 4 or 4s. Is there really that big of a difference between the two of them? I know that 4s is faster, but does it make that much difference? How fast is the iphone 4 compared to say, windows 8? I really don't want to pay $100 up front for the 4s, but if there's a huge difference in quality, I'd be willing to.

Also, are new apps still available to get on the iphone 4?

So, basically I'm only concerned of the internet speed difference of the two (I'd only use it for surfing the web, twitter, the news, etc) and whether or not I can still get new apps on the iphone 4.

more RAM
better graphics
Siri
will get updates longer than the 4
better camera (still & video)
etc

Yes, the iPhone 4 still gets updates and will still be able to get the latest apps.
The 4S also has access to faster data & wifi speeds.

I currently have a Z10 but iphone 4/s and iPhone 5/s are basically the same phone just one is a upgrade to the original. They still have the same apps and OS and yes the browser is faster than the original. I would say wait til the 5s is out if you can afford it, or if you can't go with the 4s which is cheaper just to save it in the market cuz they are sucking right now. I'm starting to lose all hope in aapl cuz of the new CEO.
