Have you ever trended on twitter?
My school trended #shombomb today (shom is my school and we had a big bomb scare today. turned out it was 30 boxes of ammo) we had all us girls and all the teachers tweeting and we got a tweet from the BBC and were trending Smile
have you ever started a trend?

Nope.
I just do e-mails and no tweeting or facebooking and other social networking fads that has caused so many people tons of trouble since their inceptions.
Most e-mailing and their instant messaging programs set up properly seem to be pretty safe these days.
Yes the news media jumps on tweeting for information which can be also misinformation as well and will put out so called news without investigating more to find out all of the real facts.
As far as the B scare at your school, I believe you about what you have told us but I bet that from all of the tweets coming from there about it you will get just as many different stories.
It's the same with the media stations, three or four media stations (news programs) will have three or four different versions of the same story for the sake of sensationalism with out knowing the actual facts.
I see this almost every day.
It is something that I would be interested in knowing more about the incident.
It is a shame of all of the assaults and killing going on in our schools not only here in the U S but other parts of the world too.
We probably won't hear about it in our news here El.
Take good care of yourself.
Stay on top of things.
