Can someone help me with twitter, im so confused?

Okay so I make statuses and people do this --> “@I_Like_toParty: #YouKnowYouAHoeIf Your name is Alan Cooper. #GuiltyAsCharged” , like why do they quote my tweet, I just don't know what its called or what the point is, unless that's subtweeting then ive heard of it but I still don't understand its purpose. or what to do haha but anyways someone help me

It's not really called a status... It's a Tweet.

When people quote your tweet they mostly like it, but want to use it for retweets but still give you credit. Subtweeting is when someone indirects another person, for example I figured your name is Alan, they can be like "Alan looks so hot in that pic!" or not even mention your name.

You're lucky they even gave you credit, people tend to copy my tweets all the time -_-
