is this legal? pictures on the internet?
there is a person I follow on twitter who has pictures of a young girl (about 14 or 15) on his page. hes about 25-30. this girl clearly doesnt want the pictures on there and i feel bad for her, she asked me if he has any legal obligations to take them down? she did send them, but she is underaged and she is hoping this means he must. (she doesnt mind getting in trouble too as long as they are off the site)

depends on where the pictures were taken. if it was taken in public then it doesnt matter what age she is. she has no expectation of privacy in public. she could however just try to report it to the website

Legally yes he has to take them down. I believe this is invading of someones privacy and a few other things I can't think of the name.

Not legal she can ask the police about it and take it from there man what a creep. Have her parents contact him and threaten him with action if he don't take them down
