Is this girl just jealous?

Basically I used to like this girl, then I got over her and got myself a beautiful girlfriend, on Saturday the girl I used to like must have read mine and my GF's twitter convo (not like a proper convo, but you know) and saturday night she came up to me at work and goes, 'so, who's your girlfriend' I said I don't have one cos i couldn't be bothered with her lol, anyway, on Sunday at work she told everyone that i have a girlfriend and she was proper checking out my girlfriends Instagram to see what she looks like etc, is she jealous? (She never liked me when I liked her btw)

you need to tell that girl to f#@$ off. she had her chance, but now you have a beautiful girlfriend and it's really none of that other girls business who you're dating.

She is definitely jelous , in some way this seems real similiar to my situation , my ex used to say she doesn't like me and then when I spoke to other girls she would get all jelous and angry... If you have moved on from her then stay with your girlfriend.. But if you haven't, go back to her.. Because I got a girlfriend while I liked someone else to make them jelous and it was the worst mistake I have ever made
