I Need Your Business Advice!?

Hi Yahoo Answers users!

Me and my husband have recently taken up a dog boarding/training/specialized training/walking service, considering our love and passion for dogs and we have grown up around them for years. Since we started in the beginning of October this year, business has really been booming. We are trying to make a great name for customer service; we offer hundreds of different kinds of discounts (military, law enforcement, senior discount, loyal customer discount, good dog behavior discount, etc.), openly support charities, do monthly gift card drawings for one random person who has liked or shared our facebook page (gift cards range from $5 to $500), and every week or so we take our lead dog, an australian shepherd, to hospitals and senior homes to see the patients there and make their day..like i said, we LOVE our customers, and even know some of them personally.

What i want is any and all business advice you can offer us, we are very open to opinions, tips, and criticism. i would also be open to some of your own tips and experiences in training, owning, or caring for dogs, or maybe even some of your experiences operating YOUR own small business, and what it takes to be successful.
