if you Are Unable to Access That Persons Profile and Somebody Else Can than you Been Blocked on Facebook Unfortunately Facebook Does Not Give you a List of Who has Blocked you

You do not get notified, but if you can't access their stuff on facebook as before, they've probably blocked you.

Basically you wont know who blocked you in Facebook. check your messages and post, if the name of the person is in black color may be blocked you.
