Why wont facebook let me make a "Jack Sparrow" page?

Facebook will not let me make a page called "Jack Sparrow". I read over the rules, and could not find any reason as to why. Could anyone point me towards the rule that prevents me from making this page?

There is another Jack Sparrow page, however as an experienced page admin it does not prevent you from making another one, as the pages can be used for different things.

Are you referring to the url name? No, url can be the same so you can put facebook.com/jacksparrow1 or whatever since jacksparrow has been taken. If your regarding the name and not the url than idk that's strange.

I'm just going out on a limb here the term "Jack Sparrow" is copyrighted by Disney and they could be blocking people from using it to deter unintended copyright infringment.
