if someone tagged you in a comment on facebook and you delete your facebook, will it still show up on other peoples news feeds?
if it does, when you hide the comment, does the person that tagged you in it get notified?

You can hide the comment without them being notified, but deactivating your account will resolve in you being temporarily being deleted from their friends list. I'm not sure about notifications about deactivation.

You are talking about two different things here. Deactivating is just like disabling. It's temporary until you log back in. Deleting is removing the account permanently and can no longer be recovered.

To answer your last question, the person who made tag won't get notified if you hid the comment.
