Maybe she dosent want you to have her number...talk to her now on facebook...let the relationship flower if it will...facebook...text..people use these cause they dont want to be botherd...its like a newspaper thell read it when they get around to it...maybe throw your number out there.

The best way is to just ask her. Just start a conversation with her and towards the end tell her you have to go for now, but you could text her and ask for her number.

You have to be careful because people are nervous of giving out that sort of information over the internet nowadays. The safest way would be in an email and put on word but compress it and password protect it with winrar.

But you dont want to know that do you, the tricky part is getting her to agree to give you it in the first place. Someone has to break the ice and even though its 2013 and all that post Suffrogettes movement, Womens Lib and Birth control etc that honor is still bestowed on you as the man to let her know, if you like her and asking her out somewhere (where is down to you) is still the best way to accomplish your goal off her offering to give her number.
