How do I know if a Facebook message sent or not?
I'm wondering because someone sent me a message, I responded, they've been online since then but they haven't seen it or responded.

if it doesnt get sent, facebook will tell you it didnt get sent

maybe the person just walked away from their computer before you sent the message

try being a bit more patient

It will ascertain it has been sent through a rounded arrow.It may probably be that your friends are occupied or away for a while,while you sent the messages.
