Hashtag not working on my instagram account?

I created a new account on Instagram where I post pictures of Jeeps and off road things. I have two other accouts. One personal and one for my DJ entertainment business. I use hashtags all the time with my pictures and I get tons of likes. However... my new Jeep account hashtags will not work. Now I have read that if you link your FACEBOOK up with it you will be fine. Neither of my other accounts are linked up with Facebook so why should that have something to do with it. Still I figured I'd give it a shot and see where that takes me. I have an iPHONE 5. When I tried linking it, my phone would not alow unless I go into Privacy settings and allow it. So I did that and I am still having the same problem. I don't know what else to do. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hastags are just helping people find certain things that they're interested in. They dont "Give you likes"
Well it depends how much people are searching the hashtag you've used. Otherwise it takes time. Don't expect 10,000 people to like you're picture in one second. If you REALLY want likes use the hashtags delete it. Use a different set and delete it again. Just use as many as you want. But for one picture 30 is the limit so thats why you keep deleting it. If you want it easily use the application TagsForLikes and use the hashtags under "Girls" "Boys" "1st Most Popular" and etc.

I'm right there with ya, I had the same issue and my head was about to explode. Go back into share settings under options. And click on Facebook again. It will ask if it can post on their behalf....I clicked on "Show to only me" and clicked "yes". Then it asked some other bs and i clicked skip. But that ended up doing for me...my FB account was already linked but i went throught those steps again and that seemed to trigger it.

BTW you have to create new hashtags. The old ones that didn't work, still won't work. However, new hashtags should work.
