Can someone help me with this Cityville problem?

I play Cityville (on Facebook). I liked this game but now 2 problems have arisen.
1. Every time I leave the game, my city loses all it's population.
2. Every time I place an expansion, the game crashes and has to revert to it's previously saved state. So I lose this expansion and all my other progress.
I have reported this problem to both Cityville and Facebook but so far they have done nothing.
I would delete this game but I have credits and I don't want to lose them. I also think using them up just to delete the game would be wasting them.
What should I do?

nah not really, the account its on has got the error, so just make a new fb account, contact cityville theres no point playing it if it keeps resetting
