Don't reply "FACEBOOK WILL GIVE YOU IT SOON" it really doesn't help :/

a] Go to your FB profile page and click on the white area where it asks "What's on your mind?"
b] Click the gray smiley face.
c] Choose "a feeling" to display the emoticons.

I hope this helps, as I have never utilized this option.

But Facebook will give you it soon... Some people have it early, some people don't get it at all, or it'll come to you later on. I got mine 3 weeks after most of my friends did.
I'm sorry, but you just have to wait for it to appear on your facebook.
