Okay so I have an old twitter and I want to delete it. The email I used was a gmail and I deleted it... And I forget my password I tried everything emailing them and stuff... I need help with deleting it

You should contact twitter support and prove that this is your user.

go to accounts than click deactivated than type your password in.

How about an option of password recovery you could use with the old email? you should be able to find that option:
Twitter homepage>old email >forgot Password >follow instructions
