Hi, earlier when I logged in to facebook at the top it said confirm my account by putting in my phone number or something, but I clicked close on that little bubble thing and then when I tried to refresh the site it was just a blank page. I went in to incognito, signed in and went to the blank page. Went on my friends account to make sure it wasn't the browser or something, and that worked...

I can't just reset the password or something because I used an old email that I don't know the password to, and I can't access that email -_-
It seems others have the same problem. Well what I did was report it to facebook, but I don't think that's going to be of any help.

Make sure you either use private browsing or clear your history/cache so you're logged out.

I've been having a similar problem today. Whenever I try to get onto Facebook I get a blank screen. Sometimes I will get the log in screen, but then when I click on "log in", I get the white blank screen again. I was able to access Facebook earlier this morning, then suddenly I get nothing but the white blank screen. I've cleared cookies, restarted I don't how many times and still nothing. I tried to access on my laptop also and I'm getting the same results. I normally use Google Chrome but today I have tried IE, and Safari. I can get access on my iPhone using Safari but neither of my pc's. Let me know if you find a solution for your issue. Thanks.

I am also having the same issue. I have tried multiple computers. Everytime I log in, I get the same result - blank screen. I went to the FB help page and tried all of their solutions - still nothing. When I click the link to contact them, I get the same blank screen.

I'm also having the same problem - it looks like it's reasonably widespread. I've tried Facebook on Safari and Firefox with the same problem both times (log in OK, then blank screen), although it worked when I tried it on my smartphone. Deleting browser history and updating Java made no difference. The link you posted doesn't work for me as it's just another blank screen so I can't report it but hopefully the problem will be picked up on and fixed.

I've been having the same problem this evening and even my IT monkey BF can't figure out what's going on.
His account seems to be working on fine on the same computers (both PC and Mac) but I just can't access my account.
I tried re-setting my password but it didn't change anything... still white screen as soon I log in.

Sure hope they fix it soon!

Hi. I just signed into facebook and I'm experiencing the same thing. I type facebook in the address bar. it takes me to facebook main log in screen. When I type in my user name and password I get a blank screen too. I did a virus scan and clear all history and restarted my computer ans I'm still having the same problem.
