I'm trying to quit facebook?

I meet a lot of people who work barely go on facebook. How do I get into a habit of going on facebook once in a while? Facebook is really addicting, i take breaks from facebook too. How do i limit myself from going on facebook so much.
I tried, i want to be one of those people who don't use facebook at all. I meet a lot of people who use facebook becomes so crazy about the likes and stuff and i dont even care about all these likes and comments on facebook its pointless..... even for yahoo answer likes its POINTLESS !! oh well good answer eh.
