I forgot my facebook and email password. URGENT !!!!?

ok so I have changed my facebook password, since someone has tried to hack into my facebook, now I don't remember my password to facebook. they keep telling me to log into my Hotmail, but I don't remember the password for that either, is their anything else I can do to change my password.
I have my facebook logged in to my ipod, but not anything else.
Is there anything I could do because after I filled out the form they said they would EMAIL me the password( I don't have the password for that email)
Also I really don't want to create a new facebook

answer your email's security question or put your mobile number in the mobile num er field from your ipod so that when u log in again it will even send the password to your mobile

facebook never sends you your password, they only let you reset the password, and you have to have access to your email account, so you will need to address that first
