met my possible soul mate need help with hiding facebook relationship status?

i was at spring awakening music festival in chicago over the weekend and on sunday, the last night, i met my soul mate. problem is that she lives in illinois and i live in kentucky. i'm currently dating someone else and i only met the illinois girl for a day so i don't want to ruin what i have for something that may be impossible to work out. i do want to add the soul mate on facebook but i don't want her seeing that i am currently in a relationship and lose interest. but i really have to add her so that i don't lose touch with her. long distance stuff is hard

how would i make my relationship status visible to my girlfriend but not to anyone else? i know i can block ppl from seeing it but i'd have to add the girl first and if that happened she'd see i have a gf...

help?

Dont lie to your girlfriend. She'll find out eventually. Then you would probably lose both of them.

Go And Edit your Relationship Status to The Right you will See a Box Click on it than you Can Change the Settings From There you Can Click on Customize It and you Can Set it So That Only you and your GF Can See it

Please Note This Will Only Apply on your page your GF Will have to Set it on Her Page If you Want It Hidden From her Friends
