Facebook keeps booting me out..?

Well, I'll be on Facebook, and I'll try to add a friend to a convo, but it will say "Error. Please login to continue" And when I try it says that I'm using a fake account.. And then it needs my phone number to send a text to.. and I don't have a phone to use > . < Please help me

if the phone number is the only option, and you dont have a phone to prove you didnt break the rules by creating more than one account, or using a false name or fake age, then there is nothing else you can do about it
