What could I talk about with a manager follwing an online application?
I've done online applications and to make myself standout I want to go and speak with the managers and hand them an updated copy of my resume. The thing is that I don't know how to spark up conversation and keep one going. What could I say that would make me a standout and make them remember me? What could I ask?
