Cannot post pictures from instragram?

Cannot post pictures from instragram?
Photos will not post to Facebook. Tried everything. Uninstalled and reinstalled instagram and facebook.
Privacy setting for instagram is set to on under settings>facebook>instagram>on. Under facebook i have it selected Settings>Facebook>Instagram>On.
On the "app" page on facebook page on a computer it was already sent to mobile.
On the instagram app under sharing settings my facebook account is connected BUT under Facebook>Share photos to>Timeline, underneath where timeline is selected is the message "no manageable facebook pages found" even though facebook is open under the app and also under the setting where you enter account name and password as well as the settings for facebook allow anything from instagram.
