What do employers check on your Facebook? What things are they looking for?

They're probably no looking at your facebook. McDonald's isn't that picky in their hiring practices anyway.

I am not a fan of facebook really. Never really worried about what other people do on it.

I'm sure that they aren't allowed to view your Facebook. Even if they were they also aren't allowed to discriminate, based on your personal life.

They will be looking at dodgy drunken photos of you every weekend or whether you slag off your employer(s). If your fb page is secure then they can only view your basic profile.
