Do people on Facebook add random people?

Some people happen to go to parties every weekend and shit. Some people may know people through people through people through people. So that's a no. But on the other hand SOMETIMES it's a yes.

Heck yea, 95% of the people that have that many friends play some stupid Facebook game called "The Adding Game". Basically someone posts something like, "Adding Game" and the rules to the stupid game are, you type a comment or your name and whoever likes it either likes you or wants you to add them. There's many versions to the game, as in what to post, but the end result is the same.
