If I report group on Facebook, would they saw that I did it?
I want to report a group on Facebook that is spreading national hate, but I'm afraid that they could see it.

No they wont be told for now but if facebook doesnt like what theyre doing and they block that page then they will say people have reported it but they wont say who.

No, they will not see it, facebook will look into and if they don't like it they will say it has been reported and block the page. Facebook does not reveal names just that it has been reported.
