but when I wrote my number I didn't receive the code ?. I want to ask will my number appear on my profile which I can't log in into it?

sign in facebook> goto account setting> choose mobile from the left menu bar.>add phone>you will receive verification code then enter code in verification box.and verify it.

I don't trust that phone number thing on FB, after I did that like 40 calls came in the next day (not from my family members, but my FB friends)
