make sure you have got CAPS LOCK off and you probably forgot your password if you suspect you got hackwed i would probably ask a friend to go on theres and see if anything unusual is happening new posts or anything or your account was suspended i dont know

Laptop-
Try closing the tab or the entire browser and then open it up again. Or refresh the page

Mobile-
Delete the app and redownload it.
