Why does facebook show every single thing you do?
So I've been wondering i get on facebook and all i see is for example "Ashley liked Nate's photo" or "Jason Commented on *shows photo*" or "Jake wrote on Stevens wall" why does facebook do that? Is there any way to stop that or not show when i like a picture or write on someone's wall i find it annoying haha

it does that because facebook is a social network - the whole point in using it is to share your activities with your friends
there is no way to just "turn it off" the only option you have is adding people to your restricted list if you dont want them seeing your activity Ads |

Depends on the post audience it shows in others newsfeed. If you liked your friend's photo which is set to public or friends of friends , then that will show in your friends list. if it is set to friends then it wont show in your friends newsfeed. There is no option to turn off this. If you dont want some friends to see your activity then add them to "acquaintance" list, then they can only see your public things.
