Is there a way to delete a facebook mesage vefore anyone read it?

Isent a picture of a drawing that I made to my friend. It's my crush's name and she sent it to him on facebook. He knows I like him. She did a group convo thing on facebook and he sent the picture. I have access to her facebook account. Is there any way to delete it before he sees it? What can I say after he sees it if there is no way to delete it?
