is twitter impossible to reactivate after the 30 day window?

I'm asking because I deleted my account about 7 months ago and haven't seen it since but someone hacked the hotmail account it was registered with and this person hacked an old facebook I thought I'd deleted but apparently only deactivated. I have emailed twitter support and have been waiting 3 days for a reply.

No, they wouldn't like to keep unused stuff on their servers, and with deleting the account you had to agree on losing all the info and they probably gave you a reactivation time of a couple days to at the most 1 month before the servers automatically wipe it. So no.
