If you follow a celeb and they dont follow back or reply to one of your tweets ever does that mean that they are noticing you or dont you your following them... I dont understand how everyone gets a tweet back from a celeb except for me and thats not fair...................

People only sees your tweets on their Twitter home when they follows you.

When celebrities have a twitter account, they have two 'interactions' one where they get @ replies from other verified accounts and one where they get @ replies from unverified accounts. They mostly will purely look at the interactions for verified accounts because they want to see what other celebrities are talking to them, considering most celebrities are all "friends" and what not. They sometimes do look at their fan interactions and they get so many, that it's almost impossible to get a reply unless they are looking at it and you send it as they are. They literally get @ replies every two seconds because everyone wants to be acknowledged by them. It is quite hard, but not impossible. You just gotta be lucky. Secondly. most celebrities don't follow back. They have anywhere between 100K to 4Mil followers, so it's hard to keep track of who is following you. They also lead very busy lives so they only go on twitter to tweet and then get off. It may seem like a lot of people get replies from celebrities but they really don't. There's millions of people on twitter. But don't give up! It could happen when you least expect it. Hope I helped, good luck!
